San Diego Bliss illustrates a statue in front of the City and County Administration Building, San Diego, California. The 23-foot-high sculpture in front symbolizes the need for water conservation in Southern California. The building features a quote that says, “The noblest motive is the public good.” This building is multi-purposed, to include issuing marriage certificates; therefore, it is somewhat common to see newly married couples around the building, using the artistic influence of the statue for photo ops.
